Blue Water Drilling Company has been a leader in the ground water industry since 1964, when it was first founded in Yamhill County. We are dedicated to providing our customers with quality well construction at a competitive price, and offering unparalleled customer service. Our company considers ourselves part of the community, and we value our commitment to providing a quality product that meets the needs of our customers.

Water is a natural and valuable resource, and to protect the resource, we utilize rigid construction methods. Blue Water Drilling is licensed and bonded to provide water well construction in the State of Oregon.

We provide well construction for many different applications and different types of users, including residential wells for individual homeowners, irrigation wells for farming applications, and commercial wells for water districts or other commercial users. In addition, we provide abandonments of old wells that need to be taken out of service.

Blue Water Drilling is a member of the Oregon Ground Water Association (OGWA). We have been active in the legislative, memorial fund, and membership committees, in addition to serving on the board of directors. David Paysinger, owner of Blue Water Drilling, was the president of OGWA in 2000, and was voted Member of the Year in 2001.
